Giant Tire of Soccer Fun!!
The World Cup is coming to Germany in 2006, and as such Germany has built the ultimate stadium (or at least one of them).

And here's the kicker- it looks like the musical donut!! And the outside even lights up, making the whole building go from white to red or blue. Maybe other colors as well. Or should I say colours since they're in Europe!
Anyway, if you've ever thought, "I want to go see some soccer in a huge tire!!"- Here's your chance!

my question is whether its built to accomodate riots.
Hey Jerm, fortunately there will be German robocops to guard the premises! Maybe they are armed with tear gas to stop any potential riots…!!
Well, they had to do something with those machines once the whole 'robot wars' TV trend went away.
